I had some leftover cookie dough from a dessert I made last week so I wanted to make some fun cookies for the 4th of July.

Spring Cookies

I sent these cookies to some friends in Japan for their birthdays.  I used the same icing as I did for the Easter cookies, I think I'm getter better!  I love the ladybugs!



Easter Treats

I love these cupcakes which were made a few years ago for an Easter party.  The cake is chocolate krazy cake, topped with butter cream frosting, tinted coconut, jelly beans, and paper toppers.

I think we made over 100 cupcakes!

These cupcakes were made last year for Easter.  The best part is the surprise inside!

RAINBOW!!  These were so much fun and the kids (and adults) loved them!

This was my first time using this icing and this technique.  I think the cookies turned out pretty good but I need more practice.
