This was kind of a last minute tart/cheesecake creation. I spent the long 4th of July weekend with my family staying in cabins and relaxing by the lake. At about midnight on the 3rd I decided we needed a dessert to celebrate the holiday! This was actually really easy and a variation of
this Kraft recipe. The star is a little crooked but it's still festive!
